Our Current Capabilities are:
- 14 Twin-Wire, Twin-Head Pipe Cladding Machines
- Capable of cladding up to 13m double-random lengths
- 3.5” to 40” ID
- Capacity to clad approx 1km of 6” pipe per month

Welding Consumables:
- Alloy 625, 825, 725
- Alloy C276 & C22
- Stainless Steel 300 and 400 series
On a variety of substrates such as:
- Carbon Steel grades X52, X60, X65, X70
- Carbon Manganese, low alloy, and stainless steels
Clad Bends/Elbows
Mandrel Forged, Pressed & Induction Bends
- Typically 1D, 3D, 5D, 7D
- 6” to 24” NB
- All materials as above
