IODS Pipe Clad manufacture a wide range of clad pipe and pipe fittings:
- Typical base metals are X-grade carbon steel pipe, 4130, A333 Gr. B etc
- Overlay is typically using Inconel 625 or 825 as well as SS 309/316L
IODS offer a turnkey package of clad pipe products:
- Pipe ranging from 3.5″ ID to 40″ ID
- Tees, reducers, hubs, caps and flanges
- Hot-forged elbows, 1.5D to 3D
- Induction bends, 3D to 7D
Our turnkey service allows us to offer fully fabricated pipe spools consisting of the above products, including radiography, hydrostatic testing and external coating if required
